1. Getting Started
Do I need to verify my email?
Some features (like the dashboard, ideas, rewards and certain other pages) require a verified email. Please complete email verification after registering to unlock all features.
Do I need a Twitch account to use the site?
No. You can browse the site without connecting Twitch. If you choose to connect Twitch, you'll unlock Twitch-related features and integrations. If you are the channel owner, connecting Twitch grants you the Streamer role.
How do I connect or disconnect my Twitch account?
Go to your account settings. Use the "Connect Twitch" button to authorize. To disconnect, use the "Disconnect Twitch" option in your account settings.
Where can I watch the livestream?
Visit the Livestream page. When the channel is live, a "Live right now" indicator appears in the header.
2. XP, Rewards and Games
What is the XP system?
XP (experience points) rewards your participation and engagement on the platform. See the XP Info page for details.
Where can I access rewards and games?
Visit the Rewards page. Some rewards or games (like Minesweeper or Snake) require being logged in and may require certain XP. Certificates are purely commemorative and have no monetary or official value.
Why can't I access a reward or game?
You may need to be logged in, verified, or meet a minimum XP threshold. XP can also have been reset or revoked.
3. Ideas and Feedback
How do I submit an idea?
Go to the Ideas page while logged in (and verified). Describe your idea and submit it.
What happens after I submit an idea?
The streamer team can Accept, Deny, or mark an idea as Complete. You may be notified of status changes.
Can I be banned from submitting ideas?
Yes. Moderators/streamers may temporarily or permanently restrict idea submissions. They can later remove the restriction.
4. Account Management
How do I change my password?
Go to your account settings and select "Change Password."
How do I delete my account?
From your dashboard, request account deletion. User-initiated deletions complete after 30 days unless you cancel within that period. Pending deletions may temporarily restrict access to certain features.
What's the difference between user-initiated and moderation-initiated deletions?
Moderators may schedule deletions with a 3-day notice for policy violations. These cannot be cancelled by the user; contact a moderator if you believe it's an error.
Will I receive email notifications about my account?
Yes, for critical actions (e.g., password resets, deletion notices). To prevent spam, system emails are rate-limited (cooldowns per email type).
5. Roles and Permissions
What roles exist on the site?
Viewer (standard account), Moderator (moderation tools) and Streamer (channel owner functions and schedule management). Access to areas like moderation or schedule management depends on your role.
What can moderators do?
Moderators can schedule/unschedule account deletions, change inappropriate usernames, and manage idea submission bans. They can also manage the schedule.
What can streamers do?
Streamers have the same permissions as moderators, plus they can add or remove moderators for their channel. They also have some extra functionality specific to channel and settings management.
6. Safety, Moderation, and IP Bans
What moderation actions can be taken against my account?
For policy violations, moderators may schedule a 3-day deletion, change usernames, or restrict ideas. Users cannot cancel moderation-initiated deletions themselves.
What happens if my IP is banned?
IP bans block access to site features. If you are banned, you'll see an IP ban notice page. Duration may be temporary or permanent, depending on the circumstances. Attempts to bypass IP bans are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension.
7. Announcements and Notifications
Where can I see announcements?
Visit the Announcements page for site and community updates.
Do I have in-app notifications?
You may receive notifications about messages or updates. Some notification and form actions are rate-limited for system stability.
