IP bans may be temporary or permanent and will restrict access to all site functionality. Users accessing from banned IP addresses may see a ban notice and, if applicable, the expiration date. Attempts to bypass IP bans, including using VPNs or other technical methods, are strictly prohibited and may lead to permanent account suspension.

By submitting ideas, feedback, or suggestions through the site, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such submissions in connection with the site and related services. You represent that you have the necessary rights to grant this license.

XP (experience points) are awarded for engagement and activity. XP is non-transferable, has no real-world value, and does not constitute any property or currency. Some rewards or games may require login, verification, or minimum XP thresholds. Certificates are commemorative only and have no monetary or official value.

Fair Use: Automation, bots, exploits, or any attempt to manipulate XP or rewards is prohibited. We enforce rate limits to preserve system stability and may reset or revoke XP, rewards access, or achievements in case of abuse.

You are responsible for any content you post, submit, or upload. You agree not to post anything illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or in violation of any law or third-party rights. We may remove any content or suspend access without notice if you violate these rules.

We may integrate or link to third-party services (e.g., Twitch, Discord, YouTube). We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, terms, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms. Some on-site features (e.g., chat viewing or sending) may require connecting your Twitch account.

DMCA & Copyright: If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, please contact us to submit a takedown request under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or applicable law. We respond to valid claims and may remove allegedly infringing content or suspend offending accounts as appropriate.

This site currently does not use cookies beyond what is strictly necessary for session management and security. If this changes, our Privacy Policy will be updated.

While we implement reasonable security measures, you acknowledge that no internet transmission is completely secure. We recommend you access our site using secure connections (HTTPS) when available. In production environments, HTTPS is enforced.

- User-Initiated: You can request account deletion from your dashboard. Deletion completes after 30 days unless you cancel within that period.

- Moderation-Initiated: Moderators may schedule viewer account deletion with a 3-day notice for policy violations. Users cannot cancel these deletions and must contact a moderator to appeal.

- Owner-Initiated: The site owner reserves the right to immediately suspend or delete any account, content, or access without notice in cases of fraud, security risk, legal obligation, or other serious violations. This may include accounts flagged for suspicious activity or legal concerns.

This website is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms affects statutory rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable EU/EEA consumer protection laws

Since this site is provided free of charge, our total liability to you for any claims shall be limited to zero euros (€0). No compensation, refunds, or damages will be provided for any service interruptions or deletions.
